• 3+ years hotel supervisory experience preferred

• Oversee service standards across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Train and schedule waitstaff
• Manage guest feedback and special requests
• F&B or wine service certification a plus

Craft the drink and the conversation — our bar is where guests linger longest.

• Prepare classic and signature cocktails to spec
• Maintain bar stock, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Build rapport with regulars and first-time guests alike
• Prior experience in a 4–5 star bar preferred

Learn under our culinary team while helping plate every dish to standard.

• Support section chefs with daily mise en place and service
• Follow recipes and presentation standards precisely
• Maintain a clean, organized station
• Culinary certificate or equivalent kitchen experience

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to five-star standard
• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Handle guest belongings with care and discretion
• Able to manage a full floor rotation

Keep every linen and uniform crisp, on time, every time.

• Oversee laundry operations and equipment upkeep
• Manage linen stock and guest laundry turnaround
• Supervise and schedule laundry attendants
• Experience with commercial laundry systems preferred

Build the relationships that fill our rooms — corporate, travel trade, and beyond.

• Develop and manage corporate and agency accounts
• Represent the hotel at trade shows and client visits
• Meet monthly revenue targets
• 2+ years hotel sales experience preferred

Keep the building running as smoothly as the service on top of it.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest and back-of-house areas
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain equipment logs and safety compliance
• Electrical or mechanical trade background preferred
