The standard Pattaya Pass is valid for Sunday through Thursday stays only. The Pattaya Pass WEEKEND upgrades your pass to be valid any day of the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
Pattaya Pass nights are non-refundable once purchased. However, they are transferable — you can share unused nights with family or friends.
You will need a valid ID or passport, a contact email address, and a payment method. Full details are provided at checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallets. Payment can be completed online or at the hotel front desk.
You will receive a confirmation email containing your unique pass code and full instructions on how to make reservations using your pass nights.
Each time a night is redeemed, you will receive an updated confirmation email showing your remaining balance. You can also contact the hotel directly to check your pass balance at any time.
We recommend making reservations at least 3 days in advance, subject to room availability. During peak periods and public holidays, earlier booking is strongly advised.
These packages are non-refundable. Please review all terms carefully at the time of purchase, and contact our team if you have any questions before booking.
Yes and no. You can change the original arrival date to a different date, if at the new date the room is still available, however you cannot shorten your stay or request a refund for the long stay package once you started using the package, as of then it is non-refundable and requires pre-payment.
